About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead efforts across our Warfighter Systems business line at Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. This role focuses on financial management of multiple programs and setting up reporting frameworks to improve visibility and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Responsible for successful program execution, exceeding stakeholder expectations and meeting business financial commitments
- →Demonstrate collaborative leadership skills by building trust with teams, customers, and peers
- →Communicate effectively with customers and Anduril leadership
- →Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives
- →Create and implement a comprehensive communications plan for stakeholder management
- →Define and maintain a PMO dashboard for contractual and internal reporting
- →Navigate customer change requests while maintaining program velocity
- →Ensure decisions support current efforts and position the company for growth
- →Oversee development of media and artifacts to illustrate program velocity
- →Manage sub contractors to performance, schedule and budget
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in defense or government contracting
- ✓Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs
- ✓Strong understanding of contracting processes and program management
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Ability to navigate complex contractual landscapes
- ✓Strong financial management skills, including budget development and tracking
- ✓Experience with program metrics and dashboard development
- ✓Demonstrated ability to develop and execute program risk management plans
- ✓Experience in developing communication strategies for high-visibility programs
- ✓Willingness to travel up to 15%
- ✓Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance
