About the Role

We are looking for a Mission Autonomy Software Automation Test Engineer to join Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. This role focuses on testing and refining autonomous systems, including the Fury, Anduril's Group 5 UAS.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive the advancement of Anduril's testing methodologies, with a focus on mission autonomy systems
→Design and implement test plans that challenge and verify the capabilities of autonomous systems
→Analyze data from tests to validate system performance and identify areas for improvement
→Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define test requirements
→Drive end-to-end test management by shaping program requirements, designing comprehensive test plans, and delivering clear reports
→Execute and analyze simulations that replicate real-world scenarios for autonomous systems
→Coordinate with private and government test ranges to test and evaluate systems and software

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or related field
✓Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SDET or Test Automation Engineer
✓Demonstrated ability in developing and executing test plans for complex systems
✓Proficiency in developing test automation frameworks using modern programming languages
✓Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines
✓Advanced expertise in Linux, including scripting, system configuration, and log analysis
✓Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
✓Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools
✓Ability to obtain a security clearance (U.S. Citizenship may be required)
