About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead our Distributed Simulation efforts at Anduril Industries. This role involves building a new distributed simulation product to enable heterogeneous groups of robots to collaborate across multiple physical sites.

Key Responsibilities

• →Design and implement a distributed simulation product
• →Address challenges in distributed systems including latency, data synchronization, and network management
• →Lead technical design discussions and make well-reasoned arguments for system architecture
• →Mentor and guide teams of engineers
• →Ensure software updates can be shipped without compromising availability
• →Monitor simulation state for post-exercise debugging and reporting
