Key Responsibilities

- →Act as a conduit between users and product teams, translating pain points into actionable insights
- →Build and iterate on CS playbooks, processes, and data-driven frameworks
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success at a high-growth startup
- ✓Track record of driving retention and surfacing expansion opportunities
- ✓Strong relationship-building skills and ability to coach clinicians and practice managers
- ✓Obsession with customer experience and delivering exceptional service
