About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join ANS, a consulting engineering firm recognized as one of the Best Places to Work and a Top 10 Hottest Engineering Firm in the US. This role will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
- →Post and maintain job listings on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
- →Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and build talent pipelines.
- →Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- →Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
- →Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring process.
- →Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- →Assist in employer branding efforts, such as career fairs and networking events.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields.
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ✓Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- ✓High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- ✓Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the talent acquisition field.
