About the Role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join Oklo's team. This role will serve as an extension of People leadership across the organization, partnering closely with business teams to drive organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• →Act as the primary People partner to assigned business units, advising leaders on organizational design and team effectiveness
• →Support manager coaching on performance management and feedback in high-accountability environments
• →Assist with complex employee relations matters, including investigations and sensitive exits
• →Embed safety-first and security-minded expectations into people processes
• →Partner with Legal, IT, and Facilities to identify and mitigate people-related risks
• →Support leaders through organizational change and evolving operating models
• →Translate company milestones into actionable people strategies
• →Provide strategic input into policy development and workforce planning
• →Serve as a trusted escalation point for managers navigating ambiguity
• →Use people data to surface risks and inform leadership decisions
