About the Role
We are looking for a Korean-English Technical Product Engineer to join Anthropic's Applied AI team. This role involves becoming a trusted technical advisor to customers as they adopt Claude, our AI model. You will work closely with customer product and engineering teams to help them implement our technology effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a technical advisor to customers deploying new products with our models
- →Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and architect technical solutions
- →Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers build products with LLMs via API
- →Develop customized pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites for customer deployment
- →Lead technical workshops and code reviews with customer engineering teams
- →Identify common design patterns and contribute insights to our Product and Engineering teams
- →Maintain knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
- →Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and implementation support
- →Attend conferences, lead speaking engagements, and write content on AI topics
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in technical roles like Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Technical Product Manager
- ✓Production experience with LLMs including prompt engineering, agent development, and evaluation frameworks
- ✓Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python
- ✓Expertise in LLM implementation patterns, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks
- ✓Ability to navigate ambiguity and find solutions to complex problems
- ✓High cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration
- ✓Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI systems
- ✓Exceptional communication skills
- ✓Fluent in both Korean and English
