About the Role
ANYbotics is seeking a Growth Marketer to join our high-performance team and scale adoption of our autonomous inspection robots in traditional industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Mining. You will build and run our growth marketing function, targeting high-ACV enterprise deals in asset-heavy industries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies for Energy, Chemical, and Mining sectors
- →Orchestrate marketing activities including trade shows, webinars, and partner events
- →Create customer-centric messaging tailored to Maintenance Managers and Operations Directors
- →Build multi-touch nurture programs for long sales cycles
- →Leverage partners and industry associations to expand reach
- →Define KPIs and build full-funnel dashboards
- →Manage and optimize the marketing stack (HubSpot, Intent Data)
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in Industrial Inspection, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Industrial Automation
- ✓Proven track record marketing technical solutions to heavy industry sectors
- ✓Deep understanding of the 'Asset Owner' persona and decision-making hierarchy
- ✓Strong expertise in ABM/ABX for high-value enterprise accounts
- ✓Experience managing presence at industrial trade shows
- ✓Proficiency in HubSpot and modern marketing tools
- ✓Ability to operate as a strategic 'team of one'
- ✓Excellent English writing skills for technical audiences
- ✓Legal right to live and work in Spain
