About the Role
Apex Companies is seeking a Project Manager to join our Environmental Division. This role involves managing diverse environmental projects and mentoring scientific staff in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a diverse portfolio of environmental projects including due diligence activities, site investigation, MassDEP regulatory projects, and federal compliance projects
- →Write and review technical reports and proposals
- →Actively source for new business opportunities
- →Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product
- →Ensure safe performance of project work
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS in Environmental Science/Engineering or related field
- ✓Minimum of 10 years of relevant environmental/technical experience
- ✓LSP or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
- ✓Ability to mentor and train staff
- ✓Proficiency with MS Office suite
- ✓Excellent technical communication skills and strong attention to detail
- ✓Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices
- ✓Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation
