We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.
About the Role
Applied Intuition is seeking an ADAS Operations Lead to bring our newly launched SDS for Automotive platform across EMEA. In this role, you will own the end-to-end deployment of advanced driver assistance features in customer programs, from site readiness and vehicle integration to daily testing, validation, and operational feedback. You’ll bridge cutting-edge end-to-end neural network technology with safe, reliable, on-road execution—helping OEMs scale from L2++ features toward higher levels of autonomy.

At Applied you will:
• Lead SDS Deployments: Manage operational readiness, vehicle integration, and test execution for SDS-powered ADAS programs with OEM partners.
• Operationalize Validation: Establish workflows for real-world testing, data collection, and system performance monitoring, ensuring high-quality feedback loops to engineering.
• Drive Partner Collaboration: Work directly with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and Applied’s engineering teams to align program milestones with safe and efficient operational execution.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement safety protocols and testing best practices that meet both regulatory standards and customer requirements.
• Scale Operational Playbooks: Develop repeatable global frameworks for ADAS operations that can be adapted across regions and vehicle platforms.
We're looking for someone who has:
• ADAS/Automotive Program Experience: Hands-on experience leading on-road ADAS or autonomy testing programs, ideally involving OEM or Tier-1 partnerships.
• Operational Leadership Skills: Proven ability to launch, scale, and manage complex technical operations across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Fluency: Understanding of ADAS features and the workflows required to validate and deploy them.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communicator who can bridge between technical, operational, and business stakeholders to drive program success.
• Safety-First Mindset: Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining safety processes in high-stakes operational environments.
Nice to have:
• Experience with end-to-end neural network ADAS architectures or next-gen autonomy stacks.
• Background working directly with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers on ADAS development or deployment.
• Familiarity with simulation and validation tools for ADAS/AV testing.
• Knowledge of functional safety and regulatory standards.
• Exposure to scaling ADAS programs across global test sites or vehicle platforms.

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.
Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.
