About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Ads Data Science team at adjoe. This role involves analyzing user behavior and generating insights to improve our bidding strategy and algorithms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze usage patterns on the user level to spot inefficiencies of our bidding algorithm
- →Compare the real world with the way that the bidding algorithm models the world
- →Build dashboards and email reports to simplify the performance of the models
- →Become a contact person between business teams and the Data Science team
- →Document findings and communicate them to the team
- →Prepare calculations for A/B tests launches and analyze experiment results
- →Challenge and contribute to product-related decisions based on insights
Requirements
- ✓Degree in mathematics, physics, information technology, analytics, or similar field
- ✓5+ years’ of relevant experience, preferably in AdTech or mobile app companies
- ✓Experience in extracting business insights from data
- ✓Proficiency in SQL
- ✓Strong knowledge of Python or R
- ✓Ability to perform statistical analyses (e.g., hypothesis tests for A/B tests)
- ✓Excellent understanding of data visualization and experience building dashboards
- ✓Experience with task-tracking tools (Jira, GitLab, etc.)
