About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team at adjoe, a leading mobile advertising platform. This role involves working with growth managers and the business operations team to analyze data and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with growth managers and the business-operations team to process ad-hoc data requests and conduct in-depth analyses
- →Support the conception and thorough evaluation of A/B tests and experiments, translating statistical results into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- →Actively participate in migrating our reporting landscape from Amazon QuickSight to Tableau, ensuring data integrity and correct transfer of existing visualizations
- →Improve and maintain documentation of key business metrics, data sources, and analysis processes to ensure high data competence and consistency throughout the company
- →Contribute to the development and standardization of best practices for reporting and analysis within the BI team
- →Optimize data processing pipelines by identifying and implementing efficiency improvements, such as creating aggregated intermediate tables (ETL/ELT), to reduce query times and optimize reporting workflows for large data volumes
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or in final year of Bachelor's program in Computer Science or Data Analysis
- ✓Initial experience with Python and SQL
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English and German (both oral and written)
- ✓Solid experience with the Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides
- ✓Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- ✓High degree of responsibility and self-motivation
- ✓Seeking a work-study position for at least 6 months
