About the Role

Apply Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead complex digital programs. This role involves guiding multiple digital development teams through structured, iterative delivery, ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum across projects.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as Scrum Master for multiple digital development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
→Lead complex digital projects from initiation to delivery, translating client outcomes into clear plans
→Guide teams through Agile and Kanban practices, adapting methodologies to team needs
→Define and maintain project roadmaps, release plans, and capacity schedules
→Act as the primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders
→Oversee the release process across multiple platforms
→Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions
→Collaborate with analytics, QA, and technical teams to inform decisions
→Maintain accurate documentation, progress tracking, and reporting
→Manage third-party vendors and partners
→Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture

Requirements

✓6-10 years of experience leading complex digital programs
✓Prior experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Lead supporting digital initiatives
✓Must be able to work during Pacific Time (PT) hours
✓Strong foundation in digital project management
✓Experience coordinating delivery across Identity, eCommerce, and other platform teams
✓Demonstrated technical delivery management experience
✓Experience managing headless or composable platforms
✓Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks
✓Strong, energetic leadership presence
✓Highly emotionally intelligent and adaptable
✓Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitation
✓Technically fluent, able to engage confidently on topics including AI, analytics, cloud architecture, and platform integrations
✓Adept at managing vendors and external partners
✓Proficient in project and collaboration tools
✓Strong relationship builder

✓Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
