Product Data Analyst at Appsflyer

We’re looking for a talented Product Analyst to join the Audiences team at AppsFlyer. The Audiences team operates as a strategic product and business unit within AppsFlyer, powering segmentation and activation for leading brands. In this role, you will work closely with product, data science, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision making across product development and business performance. You’ll analyze large and complex datasets to understand product usage and customer behavior, uncover opportunities for product and business growth, and ensure key decisions are grounded in rigorous analysis. You’ll also work closely on capabilities such as Predictive Audiences, analyzing ML model outcomes to generate insights that inform product strategy. The role reports directly to the Head of Audiences and requires a high level of ownership, driving analyses end-to-end and shaping product and business decisions through data. What you’ll do • Own analytical investigations end-to-end, from framing the problem to analyzing complex datasets and delivering insights that support product strategy and feature development. • Define product KPIs and success metrics for new features and initiatives, and measure their impact to guide product decisions. • Perform business analysis on customer segments, adoption patterns, and revenue signals to identify growth opportunities for the Audiences business. • Partner with data science and product to evaluate machine learning-driven features, analyzing model performance, audience behavior, and business impact. • Build and maintain dashboards, monitoring tools, and ETL processes that provide visibility into product performance and business metrics. What you have • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or big data company. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets. • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar. • Strong ability to present insights through clear data storytelling and communicate analytical findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders. • A proactive and curious problem-solver, able to frame the right questions and translate complex data into clear product and business insights. • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Bonus Points • Experience working with large-scale data platforms such as AWS (Athena, S3, Redshift) or Google BigQuery. • Familiarity with machine learning concepts or experience working with ML-driven products or features. • Technical approach with a strong understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes. • Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member.
