About the Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team at Appspace. This role focuses on building high-performance CI/CD pipelines and automating tasks to ensure smooth software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

→Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify bottlenecks in the SDLC and implement automated solutions
→Build self-service tools that allow developers to provision environments and debug deployments independently
→Design and optimize complex pipelines for fast, reliable, and secure software delivery
→Manage and secure our software supply chain to ensure version consistency and security
→Write robust scripts in PowerShell or Python to automate repetitive tasks and workflows
→Assist teams in containerizing applications and managing deployments within Kubernetes environments
→Explore and implement AI-powered development tools to increase engineering velocity

Requirements

✓Deep knowledge of Git and branching strategies like GitFlow or GitHub Flow
✓Experience with source code services like GitHub or Bitbucket
✓Proven experience building YAML-based pipelines in Azure DevOps
✓Ability to write clean, modular scripting code in PowerShell, Python, NodeJs, or Bash
✓Experience managing binary repositories like JFrog or Azure Artifacts
✓Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestrators
✓Deep experience with Docker containerization
✓Experience with cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure
✓Experience with tools like Vagrant to provide standardized local environments
