About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join the Product Design Team at Appspace. This role involves crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually polished experiences across Appspace products. You will collaborate with product designers, developers, and cross-functional partners to translate ideas into user-centered designs that bring clarity and delight to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to the end-to-end design process from discovery and ideation to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
- →Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to design features that solve real user problems while maintaining consistency across Appspace.
- →Participate in user testing and design critiques to validate ideas and continuously improve the user experience.
- →Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design concepts and flows.
- →Design clean, accessible, and cohesive UI components that align with our design system and brand guidelines.
- →Work closely with engineers to ensure design intent is met throughout implementation.
- →Collaborate with the design systems team to contribute patterns, components, and visual assets.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience and portfolio work.
- ✓A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects that demonstrate your design process, visual craft, and problem-solving approach.
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- ✓Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices.
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- ✓Familiarity with front-end implementation concepts (a plus).
