About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Appspace, a company passionate about creating better work experiences. In this role, you will architect, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems while leveraging AI-driven development tools.

Key Responsibilities

→Utilize AI coding assistants and automation tools to generate, refactor, and optimize software codes
→Ensure all AI-generated and manual code is clean, readable, and maintainable
→Accelerate the development lifecycle using AI to meet ambitious delivery timelines
→Oversee the creation of unit-testable codes and comprehensive unit tests
→Lead a small team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation
→Proactively reduce technical debt using AI diagnostic tools
→Perform sophisticated software architecture and code reviews
→Partner with Scrum Masters and Dev Leads to provide high-level effort estimations
→Participate in initiatives to modernize development SOPs with AI integration

Requirements

✓Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
✓8+ years of commercial software development experience in an agile environment
✓Expertise in AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and LLMs
✓Significant experience in C#.Net, ASP.NET Core, Web API, NHibernate, Entity Framework, and SQL
✓Knowledge of MongoDB and MySQL
✓Ability to lead development projects and mentor junior engineers
✓Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset
✓Customer-centric approach to ensure AI-generated solutions meet user needs
