Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- βLinux provisioning and management experience
- βAdministration experience with Google Workspace
- βAdministration experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello)
- βBasic Windows and Mac troubleshooting experience
- βInitiative and self-motivation - ability to work with little supervision
- βDesire to learn and improve processes
- βCollaborative nature with the ability to work in a team environment
- βAble to work in a fast-paced/startup environment
- βStrong attention to detail
- βExcellent written and verbal communication skills
- βMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and able to follow safety, operation, and maintenance procedures
- βAssociates' degree in relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
- β1+ years of experience with Linux management and troubleshooting
- β2+ years of experience working at IT Helpdesk/IT Support
