About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated support specialist to work with our largest global customers. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting, working with Microsoft Cloud technologies, and collaborating with teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- βProvide technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
- βPerform operational support tasks in the Application Support team using Microsoft Cloud technologies.
- βScope customer issues by collecting facts and investigating problems, involving other teams as needed.
- βConsult and collaborate with peers, management, and engineering to resolve service issues.
- βAct as a customer/reseller advocate internally.
- βEmpower customers to find information, self-solve issues, and learn more about Microsoft products and services.
- βAdvise customers on how to gain additional value from their Microsoft products.
- βDocument technical work and research to improve the product and support experience.
- βMaintain a proactive approach to customer happiness, identifying satisfaction concerns and managing expectations.
- βTake ownership of tasks, proactively follow up, and ensure fast resolution.
