About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Operations Analyst to join our team at Arch, a financial technology company that automates the management of private investments. This role is responsible for processing, maintaining, and validating ongoing updates across client investment accounts on the Arch platform, ensuring client data remains accurate and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- →Process and monitor account information updates from clients, funds, and external data sources
- →Monitor inbound platform data, identify relevant updates, and categorize them appropriately
- →Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when classifying and processing investment data
- →Support ongoing account maintenance workflows across the client lifecycle
- →Communicate with external partners on behalf of clients to collect, validate, and reconcile investment and account information
- →Conduct quality control across data received, classified, and processed to ensure platform accuracy
- →Extract, reconcile, and validate data across multiple systems and data sources
- →Partner with Client Experience and Account Operations teams to resolve data discrepancies and client data issues
- →Collaborate with Data and Product teams to improve data processing workflows and platform oversight
- →Help improve and optimize data receiving, processing, and platform maintenance workflows
- →Support tax season document workflows and ensure timely, accurate processing of related data updates
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of experience in data processing, data operations, platform operations, project management, or operational support roles
- ✓Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data classification and processing
- ✓Experience working with sensitive or financial data in secure environments
- ✓Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume workflows while maintaining quality
- ✓Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- ✓Comfort working in fast-paced environments and adapting to evolving workflows and tooling
