About the Role
Archer is seeking a Digital Technology Product Manager to drive the strategy and delivery of digital products that enable enterprise systems and engineering operations. This senior leadership role requires a strategic, execution-oriented leader who can align stakeholders and deliver secure, scalable digital capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for key Digital Technology platforms
- →Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, InfoSec, and Compliance to identify high-value opportunities
- →Establish outcome-driven KPIs tied to business value
- →Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery through continuous optimization
- →Drive disciplined backlog prioritization aligned to enterprise risk posture
- →Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, SOX, and ITGC requirements
- →Champion scalable product governance frameworks
- →Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights
- →Collaborate with PMO and engineering leads to ensure delivery predictability
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in product management or enterprise technology roles
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
- ✓Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, HRIS, etc.)
- ✓Strong financial and analytical acumen
- ✓Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and technology controls
- ✓Ability to influence at Director/VP level
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Experience within structured PMO environments
