About the Role
Archer Aviation is seeking a strategic and results-driven Staff Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for SG&A functions. This role will partner with senior leaders across departments to attract and hire top-tier talent that drives business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across SG&A functions
- →Develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning
- →Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-executive level roles across Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, and other corporate functions
- →Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring SG&A roles
- →Drive alignment among hiring managers and interview teams
- →Track and report on key recruiting metrics
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on corporate/SG&A functions
- ✓Background recruiting for Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, or Technology corporate roles
- ✓Demonstrated success hiring at various levels, from mid to senior
- ✓Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in inclusive hiring
- ✓Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
- ✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- ✓Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools
