Growth Manager at Archive

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Manager to join Archive, a leading technology platform for branded resale that powers circular businesses for 50+ global brands. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to brand partners, helping them scale their resale businesses through performance analysis and revenue-driving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as a consultant and advisor to brand partners, helping grow their resale businesses
→Own growth and expansion within your portfolio, exceeding quarterly and annual performance targets
→Maintain financial models and forecasts to assess program performance and demonstrate ROI
→Develop and execute revenue growth strategies while ensuring profitability targets are met
→Monitor key e-commerce KPIs and business performance metrics
→Build strong relationships with brand partners through structured communication
→Advocate for resale as a meaningful revenue driver and marketing channel
→Ensure a seamless brand experience, bringing in the right stakeholders as needed
→Travel occasionally for brand meetings and internal collaboration

Requirements

✓4+ years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, finance, or another analytical, growth-oriented role
✓Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting revenue and assessing profitability
✓Comfort using spreadsheets to analyze performance and support business cases
✓Experience working directly with external customers or partners
✓Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail KPIs
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
✓Passion for retail, resale, and sustainability
