As the Executive Search Partner  you are the strategic talent partner responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring seniorlevel executives across Arc’teryx. Â
You excel in Executive communication and collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team and executive leaders to continuously evolve the global executive talent acquisition process. Leveraging your network, tools and cross functional relationships, you will support roadmap planning and development of our executive talent pipelines. You drive best in class experiences for our Executives – from candidate selection, interviews, reporting metrics, and tailored in person experiences. Small details and big picture thinking are your strengths and enable you to continuously improve the way we work.Â
Your portfolio spans Corporate HQ’s (Vancouver & Portland) and support for regional functions (NAM, EMEA and APAC).Â

If you were the Executive Search Partner, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
• Leading multiple full‑cycle executive search efforts across the organization
• Responsible for creating clarity and alignment on the candidate profile/criteria, ensuring the right interview panel is identified, and executing the agreed‑upon hiring process with precision
• Managing and presenting candidate selection and shortlists to our most Senior Executives across functions and geographies
• Delivering a seamless, high‑touch experience that supports candidates at every stage of their journey.
• Building and maintaining deep, curated talent pipelines for critical leadership roles in progress and future opportunities
• Guiding and coaching leaders and functional partners in pipeline strategies for high growth areas tied to our Long Term Strategic Planning
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting the Talent Acquisition team through business priorities and their career development
• Identifying and driving results of key metrics through the development of customized dashboards in coordination with the Sr. Director of TA
• You thrive in partnership, creating strong working relationships with senior leaders to ensure a deep understanding of their business needs
• Advocating for transparency and unbiased feedback for our candidates throughout the interview process, in support of an equitable selection process
• You play a key role in the hiring, relocation and Immigration leading into onboarding to ensure Executives are well set up for success

• Developing consistency and building a framework of a holistic white glove Executive Search experience.
• Leverage market intelligence, industry research, and proactive talent mapping to support future organizational needs and talent gaps.
• Providing strategic partnership with Functional Leaders and P&C Business Partners on headcount planning by offering market insight and data to support decisions
• Supporting the People & Culture team with cross functional projects
Are you our next Executive Search Partner?
• You have 10+ years of talent acquisition experience in a global organization
• You have 4+ years’ experience leading Executive Talent Acquisition
• You have built customized recruitment strategies and can work autonomously
• You have strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable work ethic, and an evident desire and ability to build strong relationships with a customer-service focused mentality
• You are not afraid to fail and use every opportunity to learn and share
• You are a firm supporter of diversity in the workplace, and you lead by example
• You have an excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• You have strong organizational and time management skills
