About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Application Engineer to join our team at ARC’TERYX. This role focuses on developing and maintaining features on the Salesforce Core Platform, enhancing the experience of our Guest Services teams and driving business outcomes that support our After-Sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and lead a product domain within the Service Cloud platform
- →Design and build AI-enabled Salesforce solutions that improve guest and agent experiences
- →Be a subject matter expert of your specific product business domain
- →Debug systems effectively and efficiently
- →Demonstrate at least one major skill outside of programming such as DevOps, Performance Optimization or Monitoring
- →Participate in code reviews and mentor others
- →Contribute to common code bases and define standards for the team
- →Be responsible for presentations at team meetings
- →Own technical design for projects of moderate complexity
- →Take complex user stories and break them down into sub-tasks
- →Identify and suggest areas of future work
- →Seek evidence to support your ideas
- →Work effectively with non-tech members of your area
- →Align with ARC'TERYX leadership practices and culture
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in developing solutions on Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud within Agile environments
- ✓Highly proficient in developing complex, scalable features on the Salesforce platform
- ✓Proven expertise in designing and implementing robust integrations between Salesforce applications and external systems
- ✓Deep Salesforce domain knowledge
- ✓Experience building reusable platform patterns that enable teams to adopt AI capabilities
- ✓Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce’s platform evolution
- ✓Expertise in leveraging Git, GitHub, and SFDX in VS Code
- ✓Great communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- ✓Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- ✓Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
