About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our technology team at ARC’TERYX. This role will contribute to building and maintaining the backbone for arcteryx.com websites, working with cross-functional agile squads to create an amazing online experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build defined features and fix bugs
- →Write unit tests and ensure code quality
- →Communicate progress and identify blocking issues
- →Collaborate with a team of software engineers
- →Participate in code reviews and technical documentation
- →Monitor application logs and signals
- →Contribute to performance tuning and automation
- →Participate in team ceremonies like backlog grooming and sprint planning
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in a professional software engineering role
- ✓1+ years' experience with full stack development in an Agile/Scrum environment
- ✓2+ years of experience with Node, TypeScript & React
- ✓Experience with Magento/Adobe Commerce cloud
- ✓Experience integrating and working with GraphQL, REST and headless commerce
- ✓Working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript best practices
- ✓Experience with cloud computing providers, container solutions, and CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Experience writing and maintaining automated tests
- ✓Solid understanding of core programming fundamentals
- ✓Dedication to advancing skills and growing as a software engineer
- ✓Eagerness to work with a team and learn software engineering best practices
- ✓Passion for outdoor activities and adventure
