About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Python Engineer to join a client project. This role involves supporting the development of Python-based tools and maintaining platforms used by data science teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain Python libraries and APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- →Support data science platforms and environments like Anaconda Enterprise
- →Manage and integrate Python packages and dependencies for data science and machine learning workflows
- →Contribute to infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Terraform and Azure DevOps
- →Monitor applications and platforms, investigate issues, and support platform stability and performance
- →Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve tooling
- →Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, scalability, and developer experience
Requirements
- ✓1–2 years of experience in Python development
- ✓Basic experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- ✓Familiarity with Python package management (pip or Conda)
- ✓Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
- ✓Understanding of core data libraries such as pandas and NumPy
- ✓Willingness to learn infrastructure and DevOps practices
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- ✓Good communication skills and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset
