About the Role
Arista is seeking a Platform Engineer to join the Platform team, working closely with hardware and programming chips. The team is responsible for architecting and developing a new networking operating system based on state orientation, open standards, and single software image consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with the Platform team to develop and maintain a networking operating system
- →Implement state orientation principles for publish-subscribe communication
- →Utilize an open standards-based approach, building on an unmodified Linux kernel
- →Ensure single software image consistency across all products
- →Support Linux containers and virtual machines
- →Enhance DevOps practices using tools like Ansible and Terraform

Requirements
