About the Role
Arista is seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager to ensure customer-driven programs complete milestone deliverables. This critical role involves working with cross-disciplinary engineering teams, customers, and partners to drive hardware product development from planning through volume production.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create statement of work (SoW) and product requirement documents (PRD) for complex technical programs
- →Facilitate weekly cross-functional engineering team meetings
- →Interface with key customers and strategic partners to develop program plans
- →Lead cross-functional teams from various engineering disciplines to deliver products to market
- →Track and report on design engineering validation and qualification status
- →Create master schedules that interconnect key cross-functional deliverables
- →Lead program design review and bug scrub meetings
- →Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
- →Drive cross-functional issue resolution and escalation
- →Facilitate engineering portion of phase gate review meetings
Requirements
- ✓Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience with hardware product development and NPI lifecycle
- ✓Ability to manage complex technical programs and cross-functional teams
- ✓Expertise in creating program plans, schedules, and requirement documents
- ✓Experience with design reviews, validation, and qualification processes
