About the Role
Ashby is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Manager to create impactful events that connect, inspire, and build community. This role focuses on balancing creative vision with flawless execution to reflect the Ashby brand.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan and execute event logistics for Ashby’s participation in EMEA conferences, including booth builds, swag, shipping, and travel arrangements.
- →Coordinate with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Design to ensure brand consistency and seamless attendee experiences.
- →Manage vendor relationships and budgets end-to-end.
- →Create and maintain detailed event documentation.
- →Serve as the on-site conference lead, ensuring smooth execution.
- →Track performance metrics to inform future event decisions.
- →Plan and execute bespoke events in EMEA to deepen relationships with customers and prospects.
- →Design and document playbooks for efficient scaling of activations.
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in event and field marketing.
- ✓Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- ✓Experience with vendor and venue negotiation.
- ✓Business-minded approach with a focus on ROI.
- ✓Passion for design, detail, and unique experiences.
- ✓Direct experience tying events to business outcomes.
