About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join Assembled, a unified platform that orchestrates human agents and AI in customer support. As an early member of the Solutions Team, you'll lead technical implementation processes and drive customer relationships during onboarding for mid-market and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build customer relationships and guide technical implementation projects across all customer segments, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise.
- →Explore and document product functionality across all areas of our product, including web application and API, to build product expertise.
- →Develop and refine implementation best practices based on product expertise.
- →Improve internal efficiencies and overall customer experience during implementation.
- →Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product & Engineering to get customers live.
- →Drive the product roadmap by acting as a liaison between customers and the product organization.
- →Set the tone for better customer engagement to help customers see more value.
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting a technical product or service. Implementation management and SaaS experience are preferred.
- ✓Experience working with SQL, APIs, and integrations.
- ✓Ability to partner with customers to drive outcomes and guide them through successful implementation of a SaaS platform.
- ✓Curiosity and comfort with digging into data and technical aspects of the product.
- ✓Strategic thinking ability to identify trends and insights from customer conversations.
- ✓Track record for getting things done in highly unstructured environments.
- ✓Growth mindset with a willingness to try new things and embrace feedback.
- ✓Collaborative team player who is available to help teammates when needed.
