About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join Assembled, a unified platform that orchestrates human agents and AI in customer support. This role will own and scale core People programs to support the growing team, focusing on compensation operations, People systems, leave management, performance cycles, and engagement surveys.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own compensation operations, including benchmarking and supporting comp reviews
- →Drive performance cycles end-to-end, from timelines to calibrations and communications
- →Launch engagement and pulse surveys, and work with leadership to implement improvements
- →Manage People systems (Rippling, Lattice, Sequoia) and vendor relationships
- →Manage leave programs across states, ensuring compliance and providing guidance
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or similar roles
- ✓Experience owning HRIS systems (Rippling experience a plus)
- ✓Prior experience running performance cycles and engagement surveys
- ✓Experience managing leaves and navigating multi-state compliance
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Comfort operating in ambiguity and making thoughtful tradeoffs
