About the Role
Asset Living is seeking an entry-level Systems Migration & Support Specialist to join their growing property management company. This role will support RealPage, Entrata, and/or Yardi property management systems, helping with system migration and providing ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond to support tickets and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- →Assist with property management system migration during property onboarding
- →Distribute and support the ongoing use of property management systems
- →Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize system functionality
- →Maintain system documentation and training materials
- →Deliver Systems training
- →Identify and escalate system issues to the appropriate team members
- →Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
- ✓Familiarity with property management systems such as RealPage, Entrata and/or Yardi is preferred
- ✓Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- ✓Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- ✓Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ✓Process optimization focus
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
