ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to help bring structure, clarity, and coordination to how engineering work gets delivered. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering, product and operations to organize AI agent deployments, improve internal processes, and ensure teams are aligned as we scale. You’ll play a key role in turning ad hoc workflows into repeatable systems while helping the engineering organization operate more efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys solving operational problems, working cross-functionally, and building processes that help technical teams move faster.
