WHAT YOU’LL DO 🌉 Bridge business and data: Connect customers, Product, Sales, and Client Engagement, translating business needs into clear, measurable analytics. 📋 Own the flow of insight: Lead requirements gathering, reporting alignment, and data storytelling to ensure analytics drive strategy. 🔍 Spot trends and tell the story: Surface patterns, gaps, and “what changed?” moments in customer data—and drive investigations to resolution. 🎯 Be the analytics voice in the room: Represent Product Analytics in key client and partner calls, turning feedback into actionable insights. 📊 Deliver clarity through data: Collaborate with analysts to build dashboards and metrics that answer priority business questions. 🧭 Lead proactive discovery: Explore customer behavior, pilots, and trends to inform product and go-to-market strategies. 💡 Champion customer-facing insights: Support initiatives like engagement portals and reporting, translating data into clear, compelling stories. 🤝 Elevate the craft: Partner with the Product Analytics team to ensure consistent, high-quality, and impactful outputs. WHAT YOU BRING 💼 5+ years in Data Analytics.
