About the Role
We are looking for a Project Management Consultant / PMO to join our team and work with a client specialized in Defense and Nuclear sectors. This role involves being a key player in monitoring and steering activities within a dynamic project team.
Key Responsibilities
- βStructure and plan projects, developing task organograms (WBS) in line with contractual reference documents (OBS, PBS, CBS).
- βImplement and monitor reference schedules (N1 to N4) in management tools (MS Project, Excel, ERP).
- βBuild and formalize the reference budget and portfolio of risks and opportunities (R&O).
- βLead and track project progress, implementing and monitoring cost/delay indicators and management dashboards.
- βAnalyze budget returns and update termination expenses.
- βUpdate and track risks, coordinating corrective actions.
- βTrack charge and resource evolution in line with project needs.
- βCoordinate stakeholders and facilitate communication for optimal decision-making.
- βProduce project monitoring documents, progress reports, and communication elements.
- βContribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
- βClose projects and capitalize on experience, realizing project balances in terms of costs, deadlines, and overall performance.
- βIdentify improvement areas and propose optimizations for future projects.
Requirements
- βExperience in project management within complex sectors like Defense and Nuclear.
- βProficiency with project management tools including MS Project, Excel, ERP, Planisware, Primavera, Sciforma, Unifier.
- βStrong analytical skills for budget and risk management.
- βExcellent communication and coordination abilities.
- βAbility to work in multidisciplinary teams on strategic projects.
