About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our engineering team in the nuclear sector. This role involves coordinating technical activities and managing contracts across various entities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate technical activities of contracts between different entities (Project Manager, design authorities, site managers, suppliers, etc.)
- →Lead or participate in regular technical meetings with stakeholders
- →Prepare markets during contract negotiation phases
- →Propose and define contractual requirements and mechanisms
- →Participate in detailed risk analysis
- →Contribute to requirement reviews in collaboration with prescribers, projects, and procurement
- →Verify consistency between different contract documents
- →Manage market execution
- →Analyze contractual risks and opportunities (SWOT)
- →Analyze modification estimates and claim files
- →Update and manage contract management tools and indicators
- →Produce operational contractual deliverables
- →Ensure contract closure and execution order completion
- →Collect and analyze experience feedback
Requirements
- ✓Experience in contract management, particularly in engineering or nuclear sectors
- ✓Strong understanding of technical coordination and project management
- ✓Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- ✓Ability to work with various stakeholders and manage complex contracts
