About the Role
You will act as a Contract Manager for clients specialized in the defense sector, overseeing contractual activities related to industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and develop claim and negotiation strategies
- →Analyze variances, delays, and inefficiencies, identifying causal links
- →Ensure compliance with contractual obligations for both the company and the counterparty
- →Participate in the financial management of contracts, including reporting and controlling identified high-stakes contractual issues
- →Update and continuously manage tools and indicators
Requirements
- ✓Experience in contract management within industrial or defense sectors
- ✓Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- ✓Ability to develop and implement negotiation strategies
- ✓Proficiency in financial reporting and project management tools
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
