About the Role

The Operations Lead is a critical member of the store leadership team at ALO, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. This role works closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to ensure optimal store operations and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
→Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager
→Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, and sales floor recovery
→Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
→Support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards

Requirements

✓2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
✓Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills
✓Values feedback and is receptive to receiving and providing it
✓High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
✓Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team
✓Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
