About the Role
The Transformation PMO Lead is responsible for driving governance, delivery discipline, and performance tracking across a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish and lead the Transformation PMO, including governance, standards, and reporting
- →Own the integrated transformation plan across multiple workstreams and sponsors
- →Track benefits realisation, risks, dependencies, and milestones
- →Provide clear, executive-level reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
- →Drive consistency in delivery methodologies, tools, and cadence
- →Act as a critical partner to programme sponsors, workstream leads, and leadership
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience leading PMO functions within large-scale transformation programmes
- ✓Strong stakeholder management at executive level
- ✓Expertise in programme governance, planning, and benefits management
- ✓Highly analytical with excellent communication and influencing skills
- ✓Comfortable operating in complex, fast-changing environments
