About the Role
As an experienced PMO / Risk Manager, you are a key player in project performance. You are the right hand of project directors, securing cost, schedule, and risk trajectories on complex and sensitive industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign and implement robust project steering devices adapted to challenges (processes, tools, indicators)
- βSet up and animate governance bodies (COPIL, project committees, risk committees)
- βSupport directors and project managers in scenario analysis, arbitrages, and structuring decisions
- βDrive standardization and continuous improvement of PMO practices
- βDefine and steer project risk management strategy
- βIdentify, analyze, and prioritize major risks impacting costs, schedules, and safety
- βImplement and track mitigation plans, with anticipation of deviations
- βConduct and exploit quantitative analyses (Monte-Carlo simulations for planning & costs) to inform decisions
- βPrepare and lead high-stakes risk reviews with internal stakeholders and clients
- βDefine key KPIs and structure multi-level steering dashboards
- βAnalyze gaps, trends, and weak signals
- βFormulate argued alerts and propose corrective action plans
- βProduce synthetic, decision-oriented reporting for project management and clients
Requirements
- βExperience in PMO and risk management on complex projects
- βAbility to handle Secret Defense projects with high confidentiality
- βExpertise in project steering, strategic decision-making, and risk management
- βStrong analytical skills and ability to conduct quantitative analyses
- βExperience in leading governance bodies and stakeholder management
