About the Role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Design Lead with comprehensive understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work. This role involves coordinating infrastructure design across multiple disciplines and RIBA stages, from concept to technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

→Deliver infrastructure design aligned with RIBA Stages 0–4, with focus on Stages 2–4
→Coordinate across disciplines including architecture, landscape, and buildings
→Prepare and review engineering reports and RIBA-aligned design packages
→Lead coordination meetings and present infrastructure strategies
→Interface infrastructure effectively with vertical and landscape design

Requirements

✓Strong background in roads, utilities, stormwater, and grading
✓Experience integrating infrastructure into spatial/urban masterplans
✓Proficient in BIM and GIS for infrastructure coordination and planning
✓Knowledge of early works, enabling infrastructure, and phased delivery
✓Understands permitting and authority approval pathways
