About the Role

You will serve as the technical and organizational reference for the CFO domain within engineering projects. This role focuses on coordinating electrical engineering teams and ensuring technical quality of deliverables related to high-power electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities

→Define, structure and maintain standards, methodologies and best practices for the CFO domain
→Provide technical support to project teams on complex topics including BT/HT distribution, protections, selectivity studies, electrical schematics, cabling, power calculations, rotary equipment, and TGBT
→Participate in design reviews (APS, APD, EXE) and validate proposed technical solutions
→Challenge design choices and guide teams toward technically and economically optimal solutions
→Supervise and coordinate CFO studies
→Ensure consistency of deliverables and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
→Monitor interfaces with other project components
→Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety rules, and sector-specific constraints
→Support skill development of electrical engineers
→Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

✓Expertise in electrical engineering with focus on CFO domain
✓Strong knowledge of BT/HT distribution systems, protections, and selectivity studies
✓Experience with electrical schematics, cabling, power calculations, and rotary equipment
✓Familiarity with TGBT systems
✓Understanding of electrical standards and safety regulations
✓Ability to lead technical reviews and validate solutions
✓Experience mentoring and developing engineering teams
