About the Role
- βWork with the Talent Acquisition team as a business partner on recruitment within your scope.
Key Responsibilities
- βDefine needs with operational managers
- βImplement candidate sourcing strategy
- βManage the entire recruitment process from CV identification to employee integration
- βTrack candidates (interview reports, debriefings with operations, candidate feedback, etc.)
- βMaintain a candidate pool aligned with anticipated needs
- βContribute to employee retention by ensuring proper integration
- βDevelop employer branding (school actions, LinkedIn network management, recruitment event creation, etc.)
- βProvide daily reporting on the ATS
- βIdentify potential and future talents
- βBe proactive and propose innovative solutions
