About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Dutch-speaking Recruiter to drive the growth of Atabix. You will be the face of Atabix for a wide range of IT professionals, managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and consultancy profiles
- →Use Boolean searches and InMails to actively source and attract scarce talent
- →Optimize our Ashby ATS by building reports, automating workflows, and improving the candidate journey
- →Experiment with new recruitment methods and continuously improve processes
- →Serve as a key stakeholder in our Dutch-speaking organization, working closely with hiring managers
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings
- ✓Proven track record in recruiting IT or consultancy profiles
- ✓Comfortable with technical terms but also understands the importance of soft skills
- ✓Fluent Dutch (native or C2 level) for internal communication and target group
- ✓Affinity with recruitment tools; experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever is a plus
- ✓Self-motivated and proactive approach to recruitment
