About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to join Atabix Professional Services. This role focuses on creating valuable solutions for the public sector through interim services, acting as a bridge between business and IT to ensure clear priorities, supported choices, and tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and prioritize the product backlog in line with strategic goals
→Collaborate closely with development teams to track progress and ensure proper execution of product requirements
→Interact with stakeholders to gather feedback and propose product improvements
→Maximize the value of software products and monitor quality
→Manage the acceptance process for new software versions

Requirements

✓Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner or in a similar role
✓Minimum 1 year of experience working in Agile environments within the public sector
✓Demonstrable knowledge of backlog management and prioritization techniques
✓Ability to translate customer and user needs into clear product requirements
✓Excellent communication skills in Dutch (oral and written)
✓Experience with software development or digital transformation projects
✓Experience with stakeholder management in complex organizations
✓Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe or LeSS)
✓Relevant certifications (e.g., PSPO I/II, CSPO or equivalent)
