About the Role
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join Atabix Professional Services. This role focuses on helping public organizations achieve their ambitions by optimizing team collaboration. Our focus is entirely on interim services: we place our professionals with leading clients in the public sector to anchor the Agile way of working, strengthen collaboration, and accelerate results.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demo's, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- →Remove obstacles that the team encounters during the continuous learning process/development
- →Guide and support the team in organizing and achieving sprint goals, pursuing autonomy, taking ownership, and reaching an optimized workflow
- →Contribute to business developments and solutions
- →Create proposals and the associated marketing to support new and existing customers
- →Monitor and increase the Agile mindset within the team
- →Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized
- →Promote an open and safe communication environment within the team
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master or in a similar role within complex organizations
- ✓Experience guiding Agile teams, preferably in the public sector
- ✓Thorough knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies and their practical application
- ✓Skill in identifying and removing obstacles to allow teams to function optimally
- ✓Excellent communication skills in Dutch (oral and written)
