About the Role
We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our Product Team at Attain. This role involves identifying user needs and behaviors to support new product features in our consumer apps, Klover and Merryfield.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively identify and prioritize research needs for the Product organization
- →Own the end-to-end research process for Attain’s suite of consumer apps
- →Build research plans using a variety of cutting-edge research methods
- →Analyze user behaviors and insights to compile and present actionable recommendations
- →Propose and advocate for new areas of research that align with business goals
Requirements
- ✓Bachelors and/or Advanced degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, design or related field
- ✓2+ years of experience in applied product research, preferably at a startup or early-stage company environment
- ✓Strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of varied research methodologies
- ✓Comfortable working and adapting qualitative and quantitative research methods
- ✓Excellent quantitative and qualitative communication skills
- ✓Proven ability to work effectively with multiple product stakeholders
- ✓Highly collaborative, relationship-oriented and business-minded
