About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Attentive's Reporting suite. This role focuses on ensuring the reporting platform is accurate, consistent, fast, and trusted across all customer touchpoints. You will work closely with clients, Sales, Design, Data, and Engineering to define a clear reporting strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the definition, alignment, and long-term health of core reporting metrics across teams and products
- →Resolve existing inconsistencies caused by differing source data or logic
- →Partner with Data and Engineering to establish clear metric standards, documentation, and governance
- →Ensure customers experience a single, trustworthy version of the truth
- →Lead product discovery to understand pain points in reporting and analytics
- →Develop a product strategy that reduces manual reporting burden
- →Own the end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics enhancements
- →Define success metrics for reporting efficiency and track improvements
- →Build feedback loops with internal teams and customers
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of Product Management experience at a SaaS or data-driven company
- ✓Proven experience owning data-rich products and translating complexity into clear experiences
- ✓A strong executor biased towards action who can move from ambiguity to shipped impact
- ✓Customer-obsessed with ability to turn qualitative feedback into product decisions
- ✓Comfortable working cross-functionally with Design, Data Science, Engineering, and other Product Managers
- ✓Highly analytical with track record of setting measurable goals and evaluating outcomes
- ✓Excellent communicator who can align diverse stakeholders behind a clear vision
- ✓Passionate about building tools customers trust and rely on
- ✓Bonus: Experience with marketing platforms, analytics products, or SaaS reporting tools
