About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at AuditBoard. This role focuses on ensuring client success and satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
→Stay abreast of product updates and features to provide customers with insights
→Proactively identify and address customer issues
→Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product improvements
→Conduct training sessions to empower customers to maximize product value
→Collaborate with customers to maximize value from our products/services

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related field
✓Proven experience in audit, risk management, compliance, or management consulting
✓1+ years of hands-on experience with AuditBoard modules and data load processes
✓Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
✓Ability to interface with C-level executives to drive program strategy and ROI
✓Familiarity with customer success tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar platforms
✓Demonstrated fluency in English (both written and verbal)
